Who we are

Oxlace, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote or send a message we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and information about your project. We also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address to protect the forms from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and deliver any work you commission. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is visible only to authorised members of our team. Email notifications are sent through our email service provider.

How long we keep it

Completed or declined enquiries are deleted after 24 months unless we need them for an ongoing contract or a legal obligation.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by contacting us.

This website uses only the cookies required for it to function securely (a session cookie and a security token for forms).
